For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of employer branding and organizational culture. To me, it always comes down to stories: the ones employees tell, the ones leaders live by, and the ones that define an organization’s identity. Culture is not a set of values on a wall. Instead it is a living system that guides decisions, behaviors and performance.
In 2009, I founded Dandelion Strategies, a consultancy that helps organizations align culture and strategy to drive long-term success. Since then, I have worked in well over 20 countries across Europe, Asia and North America. I’ve partnered with ambitious companies including Booking.com (global), Philips (global), BCG (global), Backbase (global), bol (Netherlands), GetYourGuide (global), Postcode Lottery Group (Europe), FrieslandCampina (EMEA, Asia), and Fugro (global). My approach combines research, storytelling and hands-on execution to connect culture with business goals and create lasting impact.
I bring enthusiasm, curiosity and focus to every project. I help teams collaborate, uncover shared purpose and turn strategy into action that resonates at every level of the organization. My work is practical, grounded in experience, and tailored to each client’s unique context.
I live in Amsterdam but look to the world for perspective. I find inspiration in culture, design, and technology. Next to that I like to do small creative projects, like my home-made limoncello. That same curiosity and openness to different viewpoints shapes how I listen, lead, and help organizations evolve.
